These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website rosewoodkanha.in and all bookings and stays at The Rosewood Resort, Village Mocha (Khatiya Gate), Kanha, District Mandla, Madhya Pradesh. By making an enquiry or a booking with us, you accept these terms.
Enquiries may be made through our website form, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp. An enquiry is not a booking. A booking is confirmed only when we have sent you a written confirmation and received the advance payment specified in that confirmation. Rooms are held against an enquiry only for the period stated by us in writing.
Check-in is from 12:00 noon and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable. Rooms not vacated by the check-out time may be charged at the applicable rate.
Indian law requires every guest above 18 years to present a valid government-issued photo identity document at check-in. Foreign nationals must present a passport with a valid visa so that the mandatory Form C can be filed. Guests unable to provide valid identification cannot be accommodated, and no refund will be payable in such cases.
Safari permits are issued by the Madhya Pradesh Forest Department and are subject to its rules, timings, zone allocation, entry fees and availability. Where we assist with permit bookings, we do so as a facilitator only. Permit fees and gate charges are governed by Forest Department rules and are generally non-refundable. Core zones of Kanha National Park remain closed during the monsoon period each year, and the Forest Department may close zones or cancel safaris at short notice for weather, conservation or administrative reasons. We are not liable for such closures or cancellations.
Cancellations, date changes, early departures and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to resort property by them or by anyone in their party, and the cost of repair or replacement will be charged.
Guests are responsible for their own belongings. The resort is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property, money, valuables or vehicles on the premises. Use of resort facilities is at the guest own risk. Our liability in connection with any booking is limited to the amount paid to us for that booking.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, extreme weather, flooding, epidemics, government orders, road or park closures, strikes or failure of utilities.
We may photograph or film the property, including common areas, for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such material, please tell our staff and we will respect your request.
All text, photographs, logos and other material on this website belong to The Rosewood Resort or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reproduced without our written consent. Photographs of rooms, dining and surroundings are indicative. We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this website accurate, but do not warrant that it is free of errors.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of a booking or stay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mandla, Madhya Pradesh.
